The Semper building is a scheme for active older people located in Dunmurry, on the outskirts of Belfast. The Scheme offers the convenience of both bus and train routes to the nearby cities. The Semper building offers 44 apartment with a mixture of one and two bedroom apartments
The scheme has a spacious common room, comfortable seating and a kitchen. While customers have their own apartments, they can also enjoy the common room space for coffee morning, lunch clubs and other activities.
There is also a Tenancy Support Coordinator on hand to offer assistance.
