Situated in the Holylands area of south Belfast, the development of 15 apartments across two buildings is on a site formerly occupied by the Simon Community.  

The scheme was one of eight shortlisted for the Royal Society of Ulster Architect (RSUA) Design Awards 2019.  

A key design feature was the retention an existing historic façade which was integrated into one of the two buildings helping blend old and new.
