Where it started
Since 4 March 1977 Clanmil has been providing high quality, affordable homes for people who need them.
Where we are today
Today we own and manage more than 5,800 homes for over 11,400 people across Northern Ireland - families, older people and those who need a bit of support to live well.
With an annual turnover of almost £48m and property valued at around £0.5bn we are one of Northern Ireland’s largest housing associations, employing 300+ people.
Where we’re going
Our ambitious Shaping our Future strategy will see us provide 1,400 more homes by 2026, including at least five more shared developments that give people the choice of living alongside neighbours from many backgrounds and traditions.
We need to make sure we have sufficient funds to deliver these new homes and to continue keeping existing homes up to date.
We are financially stable, professionally managed and well governed. This means we are well placed for the future.
