Your Rent is Important

Without your rent we wouldn’t be able to provide the services you and your neighbours rely on. It pays for repairs and upgrades to the homes we provide and it helps fund the construction of more homes for people like you.

Here’s what you pay for:

Rent

Service Charges

(depending on the type of scheme)

Day to day repairs Grass cutting and landscaping
Major improvements Cleaning, including windows
Redecoration of communal areas Heat and light in communal areas
Management Costs Fire alarms and security systems

We collect rent in advance.  Paying your rent in advance helps protect you from rent arrears that could put you at risk of legal action.  You could lose your home if you do not pay your rent.
