Clanmil has partnered with Mayfair Social to develop 23 apartments targeted at the over 55 age category. These comprise of 16x 2-bed apartments, 6x 1-bed apartments, and 1 wheelchair accessible apartment. The scheme is designed by Nigel Jones Architect.

Estimated completion is Summer 2024.
