Clanmil is developing 33 new homes comprising 12x 2-bed apartments targeted at the over 55 age category, 2x 1-bed general needs apartments, 5x 3-bed general needs houses, 13x 2-bed general needs houses and 1x 3-bed wheelchair accessible house. The scheme is designed by Hall Black Douglas Architects.

Estimated completion is Spring 2025.
