Clanmil has partnered with McGettigan Homes to develop 69 new homes comprising 57 family homes and 7 apartments for the over 55 category, comprising 4x 3-bed generic wheelchair accessible houses and 1x 2-bed wheelchair accessible bungalow. The scheme is designed by RPP Architects.

Estimated completion is Summer 2025.
