Clanmil is partnering with Eglinton Developments to develop 122 new homes in West Belfast. The scheme will comprise 114 houses and 8 apartments, of which 12 are wheelchair accessible houses with a mix of 2/3/4 bedrooms, and 8x 2-bed CAT-1 apartments. The site will be accessed from the Upper Springfield Road with convenient access to local facilities and connections to the city centre. The scheme is designed by JNP Architects.
