Clanmil has partnered with EHA to develop 24x 2-bedroom apartments in the centre of Crumlin overlooking the River Oaks, comprising of 15x 2-bed apartments, 3x 1-bed apartments for the over 55 category, and 6x 3-bed apartments for the over 55 category. The scheme is designed by Studio Rogers Architects.
Estimated completion is Summer 2024.
