Clanmil has partnered with Kelly Brothers to develop 35 new apartments conveniently located in the heart of Newry city centre and overlooking Newry Canal. The new homes are a mix of 6x 1-bed general need apartments and 23x 2-bed general need apartments. The development includes 29 for social rent and 6 for private rent. All new homes will be constructed to Lifetime Homes and Secure by Design standard.

Estimated completion is Spring 2025.
