Clanmil is converting a former office building into 19x new CAT-1 apartments targeted at the over 55 age category, comprising 14x 1-bed apartments and 5x 2-bed apartments. This ‘living over the shops’ initiative will contribute to the regeneration of the city centre and provide future residents with homes conveniently located to a range of amenities.

Estimated completion is 2026.
