Customer conference 2025

Join us at The Europa Hotel on 28 March 2025 between 10.00 AM – 2.00 PM

(registration 9:30am)

At the conference, you will meet other customers, colleagues and charity partners from across Northern Ireland. We also want to hear what the important issues are for you. So please come along.

At the event, you'll also find out who has won the Good Neighbour Award and who is our Customer Engagement Champion.

Directions to Europa Hotel, Belfast

From M2:

  1. Head east on M2 for 12.4 miles.
  2. At junction 1A, use the left two lanes to exit towards Belfast (W)/M2/A12/M1.
  3. Continue onto Nelson Street for 387 feet.
  4. Merge onto A12 for 0.7 miles.
  5. Take the Divis Street exit towards City Centre for 0.2 miles.
  6. Turn left onto Divis St/A501 for 0.1 miles.
  7. Use the right two lanes to turn right onto College Ave/A11/B126 and continue for 0.2 miles.
  8. Continue onto College Square E/A1 for 0.1 miles.
  9. Follow A1 to arrive at Europa Hotel, Great Victoria St, Belfast BT2 7AP.

From M1:

  1. Head east on M1 for 20.3 miles.
  2. Continue onto A12 for 0.8 miles.
  3. Take the Divis Street exit towards City Centre for 0.2 miles.
  4. Use the right lane to merge onto Divis St/A501 for 0.1 miles.
  5. Use the right two lanes to turn right onto College Ave/A11/B126 and continue for 0.2 miles.
  6. Continue onto College Square E/A1 for 0.1 miles.
  7. Follow A1 to arrive at Europa Hotel, Great Victoria St, Belfast BT2 7AP.

From Grand Central Hotel Belfast to Europa Hotel:

  1. Head north on Bedford St/A1 towards James St S for 272 feet.
  2. Turn left onto Howard St/A1 for 0.1 miles.
  3. Turn left onto Great Victoria St/A1 for 233 feet.
  4. Arrive at Europa Hotel, Great Victoria St, Belfast BT2 7AP.

Parking Options:

  • Value Car Parks on Grosvenor Road (a two-minute walk from Europa Hotel).
  • Great Northern Car Park on Hope Street.
  • On-street parking is available, particularly around the Grand Central Hotel area, which is a five-minute walk from the Europa Hotel.
