There is an ongoing issue with our repairs service provided by a third-party contractor in your area and some routine repairs are not being carried out within the normal timescales. 

All emergency and statutory repairs are being completed as usual. 

We are very sorry for the inconvenience this is causing you and assure you that we are working hard to sort this out as quickly as possible. 

In the meantime, we are arranging with other contractors to complete overdue repairs and some routine work. Our team will contact you to let you know the name of the company carrying out your repair.
