Clanmil Housing has been awarded the We Invest in People Silver Accreditation recognising its commitment to providing a great place to work. 

Investors in People is the international standard for people management, defining what it takes to lead, support and manage people effectively to achieve sustainable results.  It enables organisations to benchmark against the best in the business on an international scale, and the Silver Accreditation means that Clanmil is among the top 15% of organisations assessed by Investors in People.

The Investors in People assessment confirmed that Clanmil is built on a strong foundation of dedicated people.

Clanmil employs more than 300 people across Northern Ireland in a wide range of roles including front-line housing management, care, community cohesion, property development and repair teams along with Finance, HR, IT and Communications support.  Its purpose is to provide homes for people to live well and it currently owns and manages over 5,600 homes for more than 10,800 people.
