Customer service goes digital from today as we launch ClanmilConnect, a new online portal for people who live in Clanmil homes.
ClanmilConnect will allow customers to report repairs, make payments, update personal details, report antisocial behaviour, view rent statements, and much more. Customers with digital access can simply register by using their name, email address, agreement reference number and date of birth.
Those customers who prefer to contact us by phone and by email will still be able to do so.
We’ve also launched a new-look website which is designed to make it easier to find relevant information and keep up to date with everything at Clanmil.
