Clanmil has partnered with Lotus Homes to develop 75 homes in Lisburn. The new properties are a mix of :

  • 26 x 2-bed apartments
  • 22 x 2-bed houses
  • 22 x 3-bed houses
  • 4 x 4-bed houses
  • 1 x 4-bed bungalow

A number of the properties are for the over 55’s, some will be wheelchair accessible and 15 of the apartments will be for private rent.

The scheme is designed by Collins Rolston architects.
