Clanmil has partnered with Kelly Brothers Building Contractors to refurbish the listed former hospital buildings. When completed, the restored Infirmary and Administration buildings will comprise 41 new homes
The properties are a mix of:
- 10 x 1-bed apartments
- 29 x 2-bed apartments
- 2 x 3-bed apartments
20 of the properties will be specifically for those in the over the age of 55 and a number will be wheelchair accessible.
The scheme is designed by RMI Architects.
Estimated completion is Winter 2027
