Clanmil is partnering with Little Oak Developments to develop 33 new homes across four buildings located around a central landscaped garden. The scheme will comprise 3x 2-bed wheelchair accessible apartments, 10x general needs 1&2-bed apartments and 20 apartments targeted at the over 55 age category. The scheme is designed by Collins Rolston Architects.

Estimated to start 2025.
