Climate change is the challenge of a generation and we are committed to playing our part in protecting the planet for future generations.
The new homes we build are energy efficient and we are investing in retrofitting our existing homes to bring them up to modern energy standards. As well as helping to protect the environment, this will save customers money and help combat fuel poverty.
Modern slavery
We are committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains, or in any part of our business. Clauses prohibiting Human Trafficking and Modern Slavery are written into our procurement contracts.

We create lots of records from our contact with you as our customer. From the first time you contact us about a home, during your tenancy and when you move on. This includes records of some personal information that is subject to the Data Protection Act 2018 and UK GDPR.
