Clanmil has partnered with EML Kingsway Ltd to develop 43 apartments in Dunmurry. The new homes are a mix of 10x 1-bed apartments, 30x 2-bed apartments and 3x 3-bed apartments. 4x 1-bed apartments will be for the over 55 age category and 1x 2-bed apartment is wheelchair accessible. The scheme is designed by RPP Architects.

Estimated completion is Summer 2026
