Clanmil has partnered with Pirrie Belfast Ltd to develop 81 new social homes within the mixed tenure residential regeneration project known as Loft Lines. Located on the Maritime Mile, the new homes will offer quality accommodation right in the heart Titanic Quarter and within walking distance to Belfast City Centre local amenities and public transport. The scheme will comprise 51 general needs apartments (12x 3-bed 35x 2-bed and 4x 1-bed apartments), 19x 2-bed and 3x 2-bed Cat-1 apartments for the over 55 category, 6x 2-bed wheelchair accessible apartments and 2x 2-bed CAT-1 wheelchair accessible apartments.
Estimated completion is Summer 2026.
